The Isackson family of Owatonna is mourning the loss of their beloved dog, Razzle, who passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 surrounded by family in her home. A tumor was discovered early February. She was lovingly cared for by Lora, her dog mom, who was blessed to make more priceless memories with her during the hospice time. Razzle enjoyed many more walks too.
Razzle was born on July 30, 2005 in Ostrander. The family picked her out at a week old and brought her home at 6 weeks of age. She was a smart, fun-loving, energetic JRT with a larger than life personality for her petite 10-lb frame! She loved to jump and had an incredible vertical.
Her constant loving presence will be deeply missed in our home. She loved us as much as we loved her. Her joys included daily door greetings, many dog kisses, playing fetch, tug of war with toys, lap cuddling, going on record number of walks with Lora, and sweetly snuggling on our bed nightly. Eating was a major highlight with popcorn, milk bones, baby carrots, and cheese ranking highest. Razzle also loved laying in the sun inside and also out on our deck. A special memory is when Razzle always held up her right paw to ask us "please" for treats. She often crossed her front legs when she was laying and looked like a praying dog.
Razzle's beautiful life of over 14 1/2 years will be forever cherished by Lora, Todd, Megan, Nick, her furry friend Lily who is also a JRT, and her dog grandma Ramona.
We are so grateful to our vet hospital and the amazing Dr. Tami Bauer and to everyone who has extended such love and support to us during this difficult time of mourning. Rest in peace, sweet Razzle girl. You were truly a gift from God.
