Maggie Wenker

Maggie came into our lives at 6 weeks old as a rescue.  Maggie's favorite activities were slow walks, chewing on sticks, and laying in the sun.  More then anything else, Maggie loved her dad.  He was her favorite person in the world.  She loved fishing with him and trying to bite the lilypad's.  Maggie had many "puppy" friends (Milly, (late) bubba, Kodak) and many other friends, and her best (puppy) friend...her brother Duke.  Maggie was the best big sister to Duke.  She was his protector and best friend.  We were so lucky to have her for almost 12 years.  She was our family's constant companion.  Maggie crossed the Rainbow bridge at a little after 4pm on Monday, Feb. 6th, 2023 with her dad and sister Layla petting her with tears and a sore heart.  Maggie spent her last days at home with family and friend stopping to say goodbye with lots of treats and her favorite...McDonalds Cheeseburgers.  Until we meet again Maggie will be in the company of her late grandma Joyce.  Maggie will be truly missed and never forgotten.
