Leo a King Charles Cavalier, was born on 5/2/2014 in Iona Minnesota to the Platt family. In July 2014 he was delightfully welcomed into the Vos home in Faribault, Mn.
Leo graduated from being potty trained within a couple short weeks. He was never one to play with stuff animals, bones, nor liked large crowds; but just wanted to always be by the owners side.
If you knew Leo and paid attention to him, he would never forget you, when you came to the door, he would cry until you acknowledged him. Leo was hesitant of real birds, animals but when an animal appeared on tv wether it was a bird or Godzilla, he wanted to attack the tv to protect his family. His true enjoy was his niece Jourdyn, laying on the bed with her, sleeping and playing dress up. He enjoyed trips of going back to SW Minnesota to see family, and run freely on the farms, and all the new scents. He would remind mom when it was time for bed at night and let her know where the treats were kept before they headed to bed.
In 2020 Leo was diagnosed with MVD (Mitral Valve Disease), and in September of 2022, he was diagnosed with lung cancer which ultimately took him away from us.He was surrounded by his family.
Leo is survived by his parents Rick and Terry Vos, Four siblings Naomi Sanow, Danielle (Travis) Macrunnels, Cameron Vos, Zeke Vos (King Charles Cavalier), Six nieces and nephews Daijah Sanow, Deshaun Sanow, Dwight Ewing III, Jourdyn Ewing, Everly Macrunnels, Nora Macrunnels, and Blue, One grandparent Theresa Persing.
