Beef Wellington

Beef Wellington III came into our lives in 2008.  She was a gift from Grandma's farm.  Nick and I were dating at the time and I saw a mouse run through my apartment.  Nick offered to find me a cat from the farm and he showed up one weekend, near Mother's Day with her in a pink carrier.  She was so scared those first days, but over time, she began to trust that I would take care of her.  She moved from the farm to downtown Minneapolis and after we got married, she moved to Morristown with us.

Kitty was always the first to sense I was pregnant by sitting on my belly.  She welcomed each baby into our home and allowed all three kids to over snuggle, overwhelm, and over love her.

The kids are so happy for her.  Their faith is so strong and they rejoice that she is in heaven.  We can't wait to see her once again.  Love you Welly, Kitty, Beef!
